Mobile classroom from GirlsGoIT
The GirlsGoIT project supported by LED has been on the road with a mobile classroom since the recent start of school in the Republic of Moldova (see picture on the right). On Saturday, October 8, several additional half-day courses for students of different age groups took place at the high school in Peresecina, a village with almost 8000 inhabitants. Robot programming and various programming languages were taught. These courses are part of GirlsGoIT's information campaign to break down gender stereotypes and to further publicize GirlsGoIT's offer in Moldova, especially in rural areas. The classes took place in parallel in the schoolyard and in the multimedia room of the school. The course instructors are all former GirlsGoIT participants.
